Returns

We want you to be happy with your order, and we’ll always work with you if something isn’t right.

Standard Items

Most non-custom, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

If we’ve made a mistake — for example, you received the wrong item or your order arrived faulty — we’ll arrange the return and cover the return postage.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major fault, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.


Custom-Made Items (Important)

Because many of our products are custom made to order (including personalised or made-to-spec cut-outs), we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind on these items.

However, if your custom item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, we’ll absolutely make it right.


Refund Timeframes

Once a return is on its way back to us, refunds are usually processed within 4 weeks, and often sooner. This allows time for:

  • The item to be returned to us

  • Processing once received

  • Your bank to finalise the refund

Just contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll get back to you quickly with clear next steps.


Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and to many international destinations.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and the option you choose, so you’ll know what to expect before placing your order.

Some items are shipped based on weight. Product weights are listed on individual product pages, and carriers may round weights up to the nearest unit.
