Materials & Quality
What are your cut-outs made from?
All of our cut-outs are made from premium corflute, not cardboard. Corflute is lightweight, durable, water resistant, and designed for signage and display use, making it far stronger and longer-lasting than cardboard.
Why don’t you use cardboard?
Cardboard is designed for packaging and bends or weakens easily. Corflute holds its shape, produces better print quality, and is far more suitable for events, displays, and reuse.
Sizes & Folds
Why are some cut-outs folded?
Folds are used to allow safe and affordable shipping for larger items. Folding helps prevent damage in transit and does not affect the display or use of the cut-out once set up.
How many folds do life-size cut-outs have?
Life-size cut-outs may include up to three folds, depending on the size. This allows larger cut-outs to be shipped securely while keeping shipping costs reasonable.
Are big head cut-outs folded?
Big head cut-outs are supplied flat in most sizes. Only the largest big head size includes one fold for postage. This fold helps preserve the product by preventing bending during transit and also keeps postage costs down. Smaller sizes are supplied flat.

Are big head cut-outs hand-held?
Yes. Big head cut-outs include a removable Velcro handle, making them easy to hold during events.
Can the handle be removed?
Yes. The handle can be easily removed so the cut-out can be mounted or displayed, then re-attached for future events.
Use & Durability
Can cut-outs be used outdoors?
Our corflute cut-outs are suitable for short-term outdoor use. They are water resistant but should not be left exposed long-term in extreme weather.
Will the fold be noticeable?
Once set up, folds are minimal and do not affect the overall look or function of the cut-out.

How long does production take?
Production times vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated turnaround times are shown on each product page.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide and offer international shipping where available.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted on standard items if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Custom-made items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
